- Expertise in local (SQLite, Hive) and cloud databases (Firebase Firestore)
- Advanced state management skills (GetX, Provider, Bloc)
- Proven track record of app performance optimization (speed & memory)
- Leadership abilities to guide and manage a development team
- Excellent client communication for requirement gathering & updates
- Experience in Agile workflows, project planning, and task delegation
- Deployment experience on both the Play Store & App Store
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong UI/UX skills for responsive, pixel-perfect designs with animations
- Problem-solving mindset and commitment to timely delivery
