🎯 Your Role
- App Development Lifecycle: Engage in ideation, design, development, deployment, testing, release, and maintenance phases of the app development lifecycle.
- Bug Fixing: Find and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues (including ANRs).
- Code Quality: Write clear, testable, and effective code while adhering to team standards.
- Design Verification: Verify that designs meet the requirements and are implemented correctly.
- Release Management: Assemble and oversee software releases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers on new features and enhancements.
- Testing: Test features and modules created by other team members.
- Agile Environment: Adapt to an agile development environment for efficient project execution.
📜 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter Android and iOS app development (Internship experience will not be considered).
💡 What You Bring
- Technical Skills:
- Strong Flutter and Dart experience (3+ years) with excellent DSA skills.
- Proficient in state management (Provider) and MVVM architecture.
- Solid knowledge of Native Android and iOS development with Swift and Kotlin is a plus.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GitHub, offline storage, threading, Firebase, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with deep linking, push notifications, and method channels with Flutter.
- Proficient in Android Studio, VSCode, and Xcode.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in Flutter, Dart, and native technologies.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of Material Design, UI principles, and third-party libraries.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile practices, and common design patterns.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A track record or portfolio of developing 5+ applications.
- Ability to perform unit, widget, and integration testing.
