Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Architecture: Develop the architecture for mobile applications,
including frontend, backend, and integration layers. Select appropriate frameworks, libraries,
and technologies for mobile development. Ensure the architecture aligns with overall
enterprise architecture and business goals.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure mobile applications comply with security standards and
data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Implement secure coding practices and
mechanisms like encryption, authentication, and secure APIs.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in mobile
applications. Ensure applications meet performance benchmarks and are optimized for speed,
resource usage, and battery consumption.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, UI/UX
designers, and backend teams, to understand requirements and constraints. Coordinate with
DevOps teams to integrate mobile applications into CI/CD pipelines.
• Documentation and Communication: Prepare and maintain technical documentation,
including architecture diagrams, design patterns, and API specifications. Communicate
complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Scalability and Future-Readiness: Design systems that can scale with increasing users and
feature complexity. Plan for future updates, ensuring the architecture supports long-term
growth and evolution.

Required Skills & Experience

Min of 10+ years’ experience in mobile applications with min 2+ years in role of designer or
architect
• Proficient in Kotlin, Swift and Objective-C
• Experience in Frameworks such as Jetpack or SwiftUI
• Strong knowledge in RESTful API’s and backend integration
• Familiarity with CI/CD such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Hands on SDK design and API-First development
• Strong understanding of MVVM and MVI design patterns
• Proven ability on system designs – Client Vs Server
• Familiarity with .NET server environment and integration with mobile platforms
• Prior experience in delivering SDK to customers is preferable

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software
Engineering, or Equivalent. MS or PhD in such technical fields very desirable
