Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience to lead the development of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React Native, a strong background in mobile app architecture, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. This role involves leading technical initiatives, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of complex React Native applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Architect and design mobile app features and components, considering both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and implement new features and functionalities.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers and junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and application defects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, React Native updates, and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support for professional growth.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in React Native development.
• Extensive experience with React Native, including hooks, context, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, including RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with native code integration (Swift, Objective-C) and bridging native modules.
• Knowledge of modern build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with mobile app analytics, performance monitoring, and user feedback tools.
• Experience with advanced React Native features like animations, offline storage, and push notifications.
• Knowledge of design patterns and architectural principles (e.g., MVC, MVVM).
